Waking up with a morning routine helps you set the tone for your day- and without one, everything else around you will set the tone for you- which doesn't always work out in your favor!
When I didn't have a morning routine, I was cranky, easily annoyed, and it set a negative tone for my day. Honestly, having this morning routine has changed my life so never underestimate the power of having one.
